Room Rental Policy

The following financial arrangements shall apply to short term rentals

 1.)  50% of room rent will be required at time of scheduling

 2.)  Balance of rent will be due before date of scheduled activity

 3.)  There will be a full refund if Historical Society Office is notified of  cancellation TEN days prior to scheduled event- 50% refund with FIVE days notice.  No refund granted beyond this time frame

 4.)  The activity date will be confirmed by the Historical Society on receipt of the deposit

Room Rates:

Lower Level- Meetings-    $35.00

Lower Level- Dinners-       $80.00

Theater Area- Meetings-   $50.00

Theater Area- Dinners-     $150.00

*catering available from on-site restaurant*

Veterans Museum has the capacity to seat 65-70 people for meetings and receptions.  Also equipped with a large projection screen .

Meeting room 1- holds 25-30 people.

Meeting room 2- holds 50 people.

There is a preperation kitchen available for lower level rooms.

All rooms are handicap accessible.
